Refund policy
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from the ANETOONZ website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, order cancellation is not permitted, regardless of the order status.
2. Return Timeline
Customers must initiate a return request within 1 days of product delivery.
Any return request raised after 1 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Return Eligibility Conditions
A product is eligible for return only if:
It is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, seal tags, labels, and packaging are intact
The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
🚫 If the seal tag is broken, removed, or tampered with, the product is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection.
Once approved, the refund will be processed as per the timelines of the payment gateway or bank.
ANETOONZ shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
5. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Exception:
If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, ANETOONZ will bear the return shipping cost.
For such claims, customers must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited video of the package opening process.
The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the issue with the product.
Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, if a return is approved:
COD charges are non-refundable
Only the product amount (excluding COD charges) will be refunded
7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products with broken or missing seal tags
Used, washed, or altered products
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
8. Right to Reject Returns
All return and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by the ANETOONZ quality control team.
ANETOONZ reserves the right to approve or reject any return request that does not comply with this Policy.
9. Non-Returnable Orders
We do not accept returns for:
- Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
- Customized or personalized products
- Innerwear or T-shirt or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items that are used, worn, washed, or missing original tags and packaging
- Orders placed under “BUY 2 GET 1” or similar promotional offers, where the complimentary product is selected and added by you or us from available stock, are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
