This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the  ANETOONZ website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after successful ordering 

Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and dispatch.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Timeline

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:
Within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
An additional ₹100 COD charge is applicable.

All charges are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

4. Shipping Coverage

Currently, ANETOONZ ships across India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier partner details

Tracking number

Tracking link via SMS or email

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 1 days of delivery.

To raise a claim, customers must provide:

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package

The opening process

The issue with the product

 

📌 Claims raised after 1 days of delivery or without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

7. Delivery Delays

ANETOONZ shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partner issues

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Regional restrictions or strikes

Non-Returnable Orders

8. We do not accept returns for:

- Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
- Customized or personalized products
- Innerwear or T-shirt or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items that are used, worn, washed, or missing original tags and packaging
- Orders placed under “BUY 2 GET 1” or similar promotional offers, where the complimentary product is selected and added by you or us from available stock, are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
